The aged dependent relative permanent visa allows a single older person who depends on a relative residing in Australia for financial support to permanently relocate to Australia.
This visa permits you to:

Travel to and from Australia for 5 years
You are allowed to travel to and from Australia as many times as you wish within the initial 5-year period from the date your visa is granted. If you wish to travel after this initial period, you will need to apply for and receive a Resident Return (RRV) visa to re-enter Australia as a permanent resident. Additionally, you may consider applying for Australian citizenship, as Australian citizens do not require a visa to enter Australia. Instead, they need an Australian passport for travel. How long the child can stay
The Aged Dependent Relative visa is a permanent residency visa, allowing you to reside in Australia indefinitely. Your permanent residency status is confirmed either upon your entry into Australia with this visa or, if you previously held a permanent visa and departed Australia, upon the grant of this visa.
