Invitation to Apply:
- Upon receiving a state invitation, you will be invited to apply for nomination. Each State has certain time limits and process for nomination applications. Once your state nomination is approved, you will have 60 days to lodge your 190 visa application through immiaccount.

- Submit your visa application within the given timeframe. 190 visa processing time are as follows:
- 50% of applications are processed within 3 months.
- 90% of applications are processed within 24 months.
