Parent, Child, and Other Family visa applications must be submitted using the appropriate paper form. Ensure you pay the application fee and include the receipt number on your application form before mailing it. Check your email or consult your authorized representative frequently to respond promptly to any requests for further information from the Department.

Update any changes to your contact details or personal circumstances as soon as possible to avoid delays.
